The Inland Empire Community Resources Alliance (IECRA)
The IECRA is a transformative initiative by Joshua Home: An LGBTQ Safe Haven, created to empower nonprofits, community groups, and organizations across the Inland Empire. By fostering collaboration, resource sharing, volunteer opportunities, and mutual support, the alliance amplifies collective impact and addresses the diverse needs of the communities we serve.

Why Now?
Amid rising costs, global uncertainty, and growing challenges, collaboration has never been more essential. Nonprofits and community leaders often face the overwhelming task of meeting critical needs with limited resources. IECRA was designed to bridge this gap, providing a platform where organizations can share resources, build relationships, and strengthen their missions together. By working collectively, we can navigate these unpredictable times and strengthen our ability to serve the community, creating lasting change where it's needed most.

Joshua Home: LGBTQ Safe Haven is a safe haven that provides personalized programs for at-risk LGBTQ+ youth aged 12 to 24 who may be homeless, in foster or group homes, or involved in the foster care or juvenile justice systems. We are committed to fostering positive self-awareness, academic development, independent living skills, sustainability, and conflict resolution for each youth in a safe, stable, empowering, and loving environment.

In addition to our core programs, The CENTER @ Joshua Home serves as an inclusive drop-in center offering vital resources, events, and support for LGBTQ+ youth and young adults in the Inland Empire. Our goal is to create a safe space for connection, empowerment, and growth.

The IE Community Resources Alliance (IECRA) furthers our mission by uniting nonprofits, community groups, and organizations to strengthen their collective impact through collaboration, resource sharing, and mutual support.

We also support parents and families through Parents of Pride, a program dedicated to mentoring and equipping parents with the tools they need to affirm, love, and advocate for their LGBTQ+ children.

Together, these initiatives reflect our mission and vision to not only serve at-risk LGBTQ+ youth but also to uplift and support the broader community in the Inland Empire. By addressing the diverse needs of individuals and families, we aim to build a stronger, more inclusive future for all.
