HQHP delivered two Xijiang LNG ship refueling station equipment at one time

On March 14, the "CNOOC Shenwan Port LNG Skid-mounted Marine Bunkering Station" and "Guangdong Energy Group Xijiang Lvneng LNG Bunkering Barge" in the Xijiang River Basin, which HQHP participated in the construction, were delivered at the same time, and delivery ceremonies were held.

CNOOC Shenwan Port LNG Skid-mounted Marine Bunkering Station is the second batch of skid-mounted refueling station projects that are promoted by the Guangdong Green Shipping Project. It is built by CNOOC Guangdong Water Transport Clean Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangdong Water Transport). The refueling station mainly provides convenient green energy refueling services for ships in Xijiang, with a daily refueling capacity of about 30 tons, which can provide LNG refueling services for 60 ships per day.

The project is customized, developed, and designed by HQHP. HQHP provides services such as equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. HQHP refueling skid for trailers adopts a double-pump design, which has fast refueling speed, high safety, a small footprint, a short installation period, and ease to move.

In Guangdong Energy Group Xijiang Lvneng LNG Bunkering Barge project HQHP provided a complete set of LNG ship bunkering equipment including storage tanks, cold boxes, flow meter skids, security control systems, and other modular designs, using large flow pumps, single pump filling volume can reach 40m/h, and it is currently the highest flow of single-pump domestic.

The LNG barge is 85 meters long, 16 meters wide, 3.1 meters deep, and has a design draft of 1.6 meters. The LNG storage tank is installed on the main deck liquid tank area, with a 200m LNG storage tank and a 485m Cargo oil storage tank that can supply LNG and cargo oil (light diesel oil) with a flash point greater than 60 degrees C.

In 2014, HQHP began to engage in R&D of ship LNG bunkering and ship gas supply technology and equipment manufacturing. As a pioneer in the green and environmental protection of the Pearl River, HQHP participated in the construction of the first standardized LNG bunkering barge in China "Xijiang Xinao No. 01, became the first water refueling station of the Xijiang main line LNG application demonstration project of the Pearl River system of the Ministry of Transport, and achieved a zero breakthrough in the application of LNG clean energy in the Xijiang water transportation industry.

Up to now, a total of 9 LNG ship refueling stations [https://www.hqhp-en.com/] have been built in the Xijiang River Basin, all of which are provided by HQHP with LNG ship filling technology and equipment services.
