Mark Jacob, with over 30 years of experience, has revolutionized program development across diverse environments, including wilderness camps, crisis centers, residential treatment facilities, and schools. His work has earned accolades from the State of Florida's Department of Juvenile Justice for superior practices in mental health, education, and social services. Notably, Jacob was instrumental in developing an innovative life skills service model as part of the Individualized Education Programs with the Seminole County School District, and spearheaded a pilot program for young adults transitioning into the workforce or further education in Central Florida.
Under Jacob's leadership, Ambition Labs employs design thinking to tackle the unique challenges young adults face. His career includes significant training for mental health professionals, educators, and DCF caseworkers, showcasing his dedication to creating nurturing environments for young people.

Members live in members in thoughtfully selected apartments scattered throughout Stuart, Florida, where the allure of small-town charm meets the vibrancy of coastal life. The accelerator progresses through phases designed to move participants from foundational skills to career implementation, culminating in a launch into their future with a well-crafted plan for ongoing growth.
