This collaboration will make JuryDat's software and services available to indigent defendants represented by CPCS, ensuring fairer trials and more equitable access to justice.This partnership addresses a critical need for expert jury advisory services in indigent defense in the Commonwealth. Effective jury selection is crucial for a fair trial, but defendants relying on public defenders often lack the resources to access specialized expertise in this area.
