Pompano Beach, FL - December 30, 2024 - Drivers across the United States are uniting under the newly formed Rideshare Group Organization (RSG) to advocate for fair pay, equitable treatment, and sustainable working conditions within the rideshare and delivery industries. The organization's mission is to amplify the voices of drivers, foster collaboration with industry leaders, and ensure a balanced system that benefits drivers, customers, and companies alike.
Founded by JR Morales, a former rideshare driver with over seven years of experience, RSG addresses longstanding grievances within the industry, including inadequate compensation, rising expenses, and a lack of transparency.
"The drivers who keep this industry running deserve better," said JR Morales, Founder of RSG. "We are not asking for luxuries-just fairness. RSG exists to give drivers a unified voice and demand the respect and pay they have earned."
RSG's platform advocates for:
