Tu Shudan is the deputy chief physician of the Department of Ophthalmology of the Affiliated Hospital of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences, and a member of the 29th batch of Chinese medical teams to aid Mali. On November 24, 2023, he took over the "baton" of aid to Africa and went to Mali, Africa, to carry out 18 months of medical aid to Africa.
