Scene75 Dayton & Scene75 Cincinnati Are Finalists For The Top Family Entertainment Center in North America

Dayton, Ohio - Scene75 Entertainment is proud to announce that Scene75 Dayton and Scene75 Cincinnati have both been named finalists for the 2016 Top Family Entertainment Center in North America. The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) selects three finalists for the prestigious award each year. This is the first time that two locations from the same company have been selected as two of the top three finalists for the best Family Entertainment Center in North America. The overall winner will be announced at the Brass Ring Awards Ceremony during the IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando, Florida on November 17th, 2016.

Jonah Sandler, Chief Entertainment Officer and partner of Scene75, explained how a locally owned family-business became the home of two of the best entertainment centers in the world.

“I think being recognized as two of the top three family entertainment centers in North America is truly a reflection of the culture at Scene75. Both Scene75 locations demonstrated these advantages during the selection process for the top entertainment center. A panel of judges from IAAPA evaluated the eligible entertainment centers based on an application PowerPoint, community programs/initiatives, marketing materials, and entertainment offerings. An IAAPA mystery shopper then evaluated each of the facilities performance from the customer’s perspective; covering the pre-visit telephone call, website review, general facility appearance, staff hospitality, cleanliness, landscaping, attractions, food quality, state of repair, safety, guest service, entertainment value, and more.

I am extremely proud of both of our locations for becoming finalists. Now, we will just have to wait and see which facility is named the winner. Scene75 estimates that there are over 5,000 family entertainment centers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. For Scene75 to be two of the top three family entertainment centers on the continent is incredible. PinStack, an entertainment center from Plano, Texas takes the other finalist spot.

Team members from both Scene75 Dayton and Scene75 Cincinnati will be attending the IAAPA Brass Ring Award Ceremony on November 17th to represent Scene75 and hopefully bring back the title of the best entertainment center in North America.
