If two are to become not just one, but "unique", a decision is needed. RUDERER KLEBETECHNIK GmbH has made such a decision for its online store "Ottozeus.com", which was previously entered in the commercial register as an independent company under the company name OTTOZEUS GmbH. With effect from January 1, 2025, the companies, which were already closely linked in the past, will merge into a single legal entity. As of this date, RUDERER KLEBETECHNIK GmbH in Zorneding near Munich will be the contact and business partner for customers.
