Kevin was born and raised in Cardiff and is a proud Welshman. He had a successful career in driving organisational change and building leadership capability. This is his first novel, although he has published a business book in the past and he has been listed in Britain as 'Who's Who'.
He is a passionate sailor and a fully qualified yacht master. He lives in Herefordshire, looking down over the river Wye. He is married with two grown-up children, three grown up step children and three grandchildren.
