Woman of Achievement Pageant Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Exceptional Winners Across Multiple Divisions
Irvine, CA - The 10th Annual Woman of Achievement Pageant, a premier celebration of women who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, service, and personal growth, culminated in a night of recognition at the Hyatt Regency Irvine on Sunday, November 24, 2024. The four-day event, which brought together inspiring women representing various regions of the country, included impactful speeches, a leadership luncheon, and judged segments focusing on community service, personal interviews, creative expression, fitness, and evening gown presentations.Winners were announced across multiple divisions, with the pageant honoring women in the Miss, Mrs., Ms., and the new "Elegance" division for women over 60 years of age. The winners were selected based on their outstanding achievements, personal stories, and commitment to empowering others.
Marlena Martin, the visionary Director of the pageant, was honored with a crystal award recognizing her 10 years of dedication to developing and uplifting women through this platform. In addition to the crystal award, Martin received a historic Tudor-era replica headpiece, symbolizing her legacy in the pageant world and her influence in empowering women to embrace their greatness.

This year's newest title: Miss U.S. Woman ofAchievement 2025, was awarded to Briana Rice. A biologist who has traveled to 43 countries presenting scientific research at various international conferences, Briana's platform, "Grace for Your Journey," is a testament to her personal experience overcoming a traumatic brain injury two years ago. Briana now dedicates her time to helping others recover by utilizing sound therapy and other non-traditional recovery methods and is the CEO of the Love and Light Movement.
Ester Bapties, Ms. Southern California, claimed the title of Ms. U.S. Woman of Achievement. A talented vocalist, Ester showcased her vocal talents during the Creative Expression segment of the pageant. From 12-step programs to faith-based recovery programs, Ester highlighted the value of recovery to those in our community who want support to move away from addiction.
Angela Karren Costanzo, representing Idaho, was crowned Mrs. Elite U.S. Woman ofAchievement. Angela's platform, "Blood Donation," focused on her long-standing dedication to the American Red Cross and her mission to encourage others to donate blood. Angela has been called upon to donate blood during emergency situations across the country, and her passion for this cause earned her a top platform award at the pageant.
Dr. Frances Bailey of Virginia was awarded the title of Mrs. U.S. Woman of Achievement. A survivor of domestic violence, Frances is the founder of Red Door Empowerment , an organization that equips and educates women transitioning out of domestic violence situations. Her platform focuses on providing critical resources and support to help these women rebuild their lives.
The coveted title of Ms. National United States was awarded to Crystal Privett from Carlsbad, California. Privett's platform presentation on reprogramming the subconscious mind received the highest platform score in the competition. Crystal also won the top Style Award donated by International Woman of Achievement, Darlene Quinn. A 7-time best-selling author, Crystal's premiere book, Crystal Clear Mindset , is the foundation for her innovative approach to reprogramming the subconscious mind after trauma and other life challenges. Crystal is also the President of BNI of Escondido, San Diego.
The official 2025 Ambassador Queen title for Woman of Achievement was awarded to Mrs. Priya Kumar. Priya received her master's degree in business management from Harvard University and is an advocate for body image positivity and self-esteem. She is a world-acclaimed dance and vocal performer, and won both a Gown Award and Talent Award at the pageant. Priya often uses her exceptional dance and vocal performances to raise funds for charitable causes across the country.
Leisha Foss claimed the Ms. Elegance U.S. Woman of Achievement title, awarded to women aged 60 and above. Leisha has served as a volunteer for over 30 years with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, receiving recognition as the "Make A Wish "Volunteer of the Year" from her local Arizona chapter. In addition to her service work, Leisha is a talented vocalist and performs across the country with her band, The Time Machine .
Cristianna Borelli was awarded the Ms. U.S title in a new division of the pageant, based on interview, platform statement, swimsuit, and evening gown presentations. Cristianna, a certified fitness trainer who received her certification during the COVID-19 pandemic, has spent 25 years teaching Special Education in Massachusetts. Her platform is Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention.
Arlene Padilla Cherry claimed the Ms. Elite U.S. title for women over 40. An entrepreneur, Arlene transitioned from her successful career as a Senior Vice President in Financial Services to open her own gym, Addicted to Fitness , in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Arlene, who is enthusiastic about female empowerment through fitness and longevity won Top Interview, Gown, and Swimsuitawardsat the pageant.
Cealleigh Moore was crowned Ms. Elite U.S. Woman of Achievement after showcasing her platform "Redefining Perfect." As a busy mother of young boys, Cealleigh shared her message of grace and self-acceptance, urging women - especially moms - to give themselves compassion when facing time constraints and urging all women to let go of perfectionism.
Arvee Robinson, a five-time best-selling author, expert storyteller, podcaster, bodybuilder, and master speaker trainer, won the Ambassador TitlefortheMs. U.S. Program. Robinson helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses through public speaking training and is well known for her latest book, The Impact of One Voice .
