A graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School and The Cooper Union, where he earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering, David has dedicated his career to designing and improving communities as a licensed Professional Engineer. In addition to his professional practice, he has shared his expertise as an Adjunct Professor, mentoring the next generation of engineers and construction management professionals.
