Revolutionary mobile home from LEMKI Robotix: the future of 3D printing with composites
Dear Editorial Board,My name is Vasyl Honar, and I represent LEMKI Robotix, a German-Ukrainian startup that is an innovator in large-scale 3D printing using composite materials. We are pleased to present our latest development - a mobile home on wheels printed on a 3D printer.
Our camper demonstrates the capabilities of modern technology: lightweight and durable composite material allows us to reduce the weight of the structure without losing its reliability, making our home mobile, environmentally friendly and durable in various conditions. Embodying the ideas of sustainable development, our technologies allow us to optimize the use of materials and reduce emissions into the atmosphere.
We would be grateful if you would cover our project in your publication and tell your readers about the new horizons of 3D printing and mobile housing. We will be happy to provide additional information, images, and organize interviews with our experts to get to know our product better.
Thank you for your time and the opportunity to share our achievements with your audience. We look forward to fruitful cooperation!

LEMKI Robotix presents the world's first 3D printed mobile home - DISCOVER 3D
The Ukrainian-German company LEMKI Robotix and Iscale3D has made a revolutionary breakthrough in large-scale 3D printing by creating DISCOVER 3D, a mobile home printed from an eco-friendly composite material consisting of recycled polypropylene (7400 bottles) with the addition of fiberglass. This is the FGF (Fused Granulat Fabrication) printing technology. The company has developed its own equipment based on the KUKA robotic system and unique software for full control of preparation and printing. The printable area of the device reaches 3200 mm x 3200 mm x 8000 mm, which allows for the creation of large-scale objects with high precision and strength DISCOVER 3D impresses with its environmental friendliness, strength, lightness, and ease of transportation, offering an innovative approach to mobile housing that can be 80% recycled.
The project also provides for the possibility of mass production, making sustainable business a reality. The use of composites can significantly reduce production costs and time, making such homes more affordable for consumers.
LEMKI Robotix and Iscale3D aimed not only to demonstrate the capabilities of 3D printing technology, but also to make a full-fledged functional prototype that would be comfortable for the consumer and suitable for mass production
DISCOVER 3D is equipped with autonomous batteries with the ability to connect solar panels, which ensures complete autonomy. As a full-fledged "smart home", it has all the sensors to monitor key parameters to control temperature, water level, battery charge, and other parameters.
This approach makes it possible to create mobile homes for any climate zone.
The model is designed for a family of three who appreciate modern technology and comfortable outdoor recreation. Thanks to the precision of 3D printing, all structural details are perfectly suited to any conditions and provide excellent thermal insulation.
LEMKI Robotix plans to expand its 3D printing technology to make motorhomes available to a wider range of consumers, launch mass production, and develop solutions for sustainable living in harmony with nature.

Lemki Robotix and iSCALE3D
Our team has been working with robotics and CNC equipment since 2014. This is not a new field for us, but we always strive to open new horizons. In 2021, we started developing the first 3D printer for concrete printing. We made our own extruder and printing compound, but eventually decided to focus on 3D printing with composite materials. In our opinion, this technology is more flexible and allows us to adapt materials to specific tasks.
In 2022, we started building our own 3D printer for large-scale printing with composite materials (FGF printing). In the same year, the first prototype was made on the basis of the KUKA robot. We developed software that allowed us to carry out a series of printing experiments: from testing motion paths to adjusting extrusion speeds and combining materials. In the same year, Lemki Robotix and iSCALE3D joined forces to create everything needed for large-scale 3D printing, from the manufacture of printing equipment to the smallest detail in the finished product.
Today, we use a wide range of composite materials, such as a mixture of recycled plastics with fiberglass, carbon fiber, or mineral fillers.
