The BVFI - Federal Association for the Real Estate Industry strengthens its structures in the regions

Housing is a valuable asset - which is why the BVFI intends to establish even greater proximity to its real estate companies.

As CEO Jürgen Engelberth explains, it is particularly important to have an ear for owners, tenants and landlords not only via the central association, but also directly on site as a professional contact partner. However, direct contacts with administrations, authorities and municipalities are also becoming increasingly indispensable and will remain so in the context of increasing digitalization.

To this end, the BVFI relies on leading real estate companies in the regions. The aim is to have a regional director in at least every district or independent city.

We are delighted to announce that we will also be appointing Dennis Pilz from inventras project (as a licensee of FALC Immobilien) as a regional director in the Teltow region. Mr. Pilz thus expands the professional circle of regionally active real estate experts and acts as a mouthpiece for his local colleagues. He has also been appointed by the BVFI as a delegate to the Federal Congress for the Real Estate Industry.

Who is the BVFI - Federal Association for the Real Estate Industry?

The BVFI is a professional and interest group for the real estate industry accredited by the German Bundestag and offers its members active memberships in the form of representatives, deputies in the Federal Congress, state directorates, regional directorates or branch managers. The more than 10,000 members proactively shape their sector and the entire real estate industry, because it is about their profession, their vocation and their future.

The Federal Congress is the parliamentary representation of the interests of the industry and the profession. It is made up of state and regional directors, expert advisory boards and association lawyers who know and understand the problems and needs of industry participants on the ground.

In this way, the members of parliament give the private and commercial real estate industry more attention and greater clout, especially in politics, through far-reaching political working groups.
