The China Chef Festival Opens with Spectacular Events in Yibin, Celebrating the Art of Culinary Excellence

This highly anticipated festival, organized by the China Cuisine Association, marks a premier gathering for China's finest chefs, culinary experts, and industry leaders.

This year's event has drawn nearly a thousand distinguished chefs, alongside over 400 business leaders and industry elites, creating an event with a scale exceeding 10,000 attendees. Beyond showcasing the very best of Chinese cuisine, the festival will host five prestigious culinary competitions, with the National Western Cuisine Skills Competition standing out as a centerpiece.

As an internationally recognized event endorsed by the World Association of Chefs' Societies (WACS), the National Western Cuisine Skills Competition brings together an elite panel of over ten global judges, including Michelin-starred chefs and renowned culinary experts. These esteemed judges will assess more than 100 talented Western cuisine chefs from restaurants, hotels, and culinary schools across China, providing a unique platform for showcasing world-class culinary artistry.
