After more than two years of technical research and development, a start-up from Silicon Valley (California), founded by two Romanians, launches siftgo.com, an online platform designed to revolutionize the global recruitment procedure.

Siftgo.com brings a series of innovative aspects internationally. The unique algorithm behind the advanced options of the central search engine allows the person concerned to find the potential employee, collaborator or partner, anywhere in the world, and to come into contact therewith for less than a dollar, benefiting from infinite and free searches, procedure that, through the recruitment agencies, sometimes ends up costing more than the equivalent of one month salary of the person recruited.

At the same time, the person who is looking for a job can present its availability by customizing its profile in a unique way and by choosing for having certified the information posted on the profile.

Those who wish to submit their resume directly to employers who don’t have an account on siftgo.com can do it for free through a single click, being helped by the professional layout that automatically arranges the data, the resume being available to be exported also on PC, tablet and mobile.

Siftgo.com has also a second search engine, accessible to those who want to find a job, by means of which one can find positions related to their own fields of activity and to which one can apply in seconds.

Just a few days after the launch of the beta version for testing, siftgo.com managed to gather a considerable number of users, and its founders hope to exceed the expansion of the sector giants such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster or Glassdoor.

On the occasion of the official launch of siftgo.com, the corporation releases also The Job Song, a track written and performed by Micah Edwards, a songwriter from the United States of America.

Like the large online recruitment platforms, SIFTGO Corporation is in a constant attempt to raise capital, issue influencing, in most cases, the rise of the development and innovation potential.

For the following year, SIFTGO INC. plans to launch on the market also the mobile application, followed by hardware platforms, which will interview people directly from public places, and that will be the key component for the connection between people and the Internet of Things (IOT), making available the rendering through hologram of the users and the simulation of the interview in real time.

The corporation’s CEO, Marius Iorgu, says that siftgo.com is a first component of the initial project based on artificial intelligence through machine learning, and improving the current version will mean supplementing it with options for the automatic interpretation of the needs.
