World Tourism Day in Anemos Luxury Grand Resort
Anemos Luxury Grand Resort celebrated the World Tourism Day by focusing on the local tradition and culture of Crete.The hotel, Anemos Luxury Grand Resort organized a special event with a lot of different activities. A presentation regarding Crete and the local products and a bazaar. This bazaar was different than the others. Local practitioners and artists gathered together in order to demonstrate their products and art.
The guests of the hotel were able to participate in this event by learning how the different Cretan musical instruments are manufactured, how local hagiographies are made, how the local olive oil is produces and of course how the famous local drink raki is produced. What is more, the guests had the opportunity to see how the traditional textiles, rosaries, soaps, cheese and myzithra are produced!
Furthermore, the guests of the hotel had the opportunity to taste raki and the traditional greek ntakos, cheece and Cretan loukoumia made by a worldwide acknowledged recipe.
The guests of Anemos Luxury Grand Resort danced local Cretan dances with the personnel of Anemos Luxury Grand Resort and enjoyed the splendid fireworks.
This successful event amazed all the people that attended and they expressed their best comments.
