This bar is unrealistic, spirit-killing, and self-hate evoking, leading to burnout, depression, and internalized doubt. Yet, Black women continue to rise above, leveraging their resilience and strength to transcend these expectations and reclaim their space in the world.

This episode will unpack the damaging impact of this invisible "bar," spotlighting the systemic barriers Black women confront and exploring how it manipulates self-worth, professional growth, and personal development. More importantly, it will highlight strategies for breaking free from this narrative and transcending the game.
