When the electric field exceeds a critical limit, the stress from the surface charge repulsion at the cone apex exceeds the surface tension and a droplet of fluid is emitted towards the grounded substrate, achieving pattern printing.The high-precision electrohydrodynamic inkjet printing system studied in this report refers to an electrohydrodynamic inkjet printing system with a positioning accuracy of less than or equal to 3 microns and a repeat positioning accuracy of less than or equal to 1 micron, mainly desktop (vertical) type.
