Ms. Raysik attended Yale University as an undergraduate, studying psychology. She graduated magna cum laude and was made a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She then attended the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University in New York on the prestigious Bronfman fellowship. After spending twelve years in management roles at major U.S. corporations, she was admitted to the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Ms. Raysik was a member of Law Review and the ABA Negotiating Competition Team while also being named to the Dean's List and receiving the American Jurisprudence Award for Federal Taxation and Debtor/Creditor Law. She graduated in the top 10% of her class.

She managed all aspects of case resolution from intake to settlement or trial and was responsible for marketing, administration, and technology. Ms. Raysik also recently served as a Loan Specialist and, later, Attorney Advisor for the Small Business Administration, providing legal guidance on loan programs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
