The gold medalist Lefteris Petrounias In Anemos Luxury Grand Resort
On September 11th, a special event held in “Anemos Luxury Grand Resort” to honor him.
The hotel management, as well as the mayor of Apokoronas and the mayor of Rethymnon were attended to congratulate the Olympic champion.
Lefteris Petrounias and Vassiliki Millousi signed autographs and share their experiences with young athletes.
The presence of the athletes was a great honor for the hotel "Anemos luxury Grand Resort" and the island of Crete.
Anemos Luxury Grand Resort is a 5-star brand new hotel that opened in 2016 in Georgioupolis, at the north western part of the island of Crete, with a magnificent view of “Lefka Ori” and overlooking the Cretan Sea.
The Name Anemos itself (Greek word for “wind”) represents a luxury seaside heaven, next to the longest coastline of northern Crete, Chania.
Lefteris Petounias is a Greek olympic champion that won gold medal in the Olympic Games of Rio in the summer of 2016.
