Clark has extensive experience in corporate governance, leadership development, strategic communications, and media in the public and private sectors.

Clark [http://linkedin.com/in/christopheryorkclark] joined Stuart Levine & Associates [http://www.stuartlevine.com/] as a Senior Consultant after a distinguished career at the National Association of Corporate Directors ("NACD"). He has a well-known track record for his prominent role in the creation of NACD's "The Power of Difference", "The Leading Minds of Compensation" and "The Leading Minds of Governance" conference series, "The Directorship 100", and NACD Private Company Directorship. Clark was a member of the Broadridge Virtual Shareholder Meeting Best Practices Working Group and a contributing member of NACD's Flag and General Officer Advisory Council.

Before joining NACD, he worked at Forbes Inc. for more than a decade, holding various roles such as Vice President of Sales for Forbes.com and Vice President and General Manager of the Forbes Management Conference Group, which was a major producer of senior executive meetings. In the latter position, he was responsible for overseeing P&L, sales, marketing, program development, and logistics for all Forbes conferences. Additionally, he also served as the advertising director for financial services at Forbes magazine.
