SpamExperts’ Original Founders Buy Back 100% of Shares
Amsterdam, September 5th, 2016 – Today, SpamExperts is proud to announce that the last externally owned shares were bought back by the original founders, who are thereby regaining 100% ownership over the business.SpamExperts was founded in 2005 after CEO Sam Renkema and CTO Dreas Van Donselaar won a business plan competition next to their University program, which introduced several investors to the “project”. Since its foundation, SpamExperts reached profitability in 2009 and bought out initial capital providers by 2012. Now, in 2016 the original founders managed to buy the remaining outstanding shares. Over the last years, SpamExperts has won numerous awards for being among the fastest growing IT security companies in Europe.
