Leonard Bledsoe of Alliance Painting and Roof Coatings Reaches Milestone
Leonard Bledsoe, president of Alliance Painting & Roof Coatings is very proud of this milestone as it is a continuation of the painting business his father started in 1970. "The transition from a painting company to a company that applies roof coatings was a monumental task. To reach one million square feet of roof coatings applied is quite an honor and shows the dedication that we put into each job and the trust that customers show us" Bledsoe says.
Not all of the jobs completed by Alliance Roof Coatings are 100,000 sq. ft. projects. "A lot of the jobs we do are simply 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof homes or 1000 sq. ft. flat roofs. It takes an abundance of these small jobs to contribute toward one million square feet. We don't turn down customers that want our service because a job is too small. We know that when a property owner has a roof leak and it's creating a headache, we want to solve the problem and end the headache. Even if we break even or take a loss on a job, a happy customer makes it all worth it" says Leonard Bledsoe.
Alliance Painting & Roof Coatings is an industry leader in the roof coating arena. The company has been applying roof coatings for 25 years throughout the entire United States. Their waterproof roof coating systems are applied over existing roof surfaces, extends the roof life and promotes energy-efficiency. In most cases, property owners can save thousands of dollars versus the cost of replacing a roof. The roof coatings are great for flat, shingle and metal roofs. They can also be tinted to any color for a decorative finish.
