Team of entrepreneurs acquires Swiss cosmetic brand Physiodermie®
A multicultural team of cosmetic and pharmaceutical professionals has acquired Geneva -based cosmetic company Laboratoire Sintyl SA, famous for its leading skin care brand Physiodermie®Alexandre Vacher, newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of Laboratoire Sintyl, commented: " Pioneer in ground-breaking technologies such as micro-encapsulation, Laboratoire Sintyl has over 40 years of expertise in development of effective skin and hair care; and through investment and efforts in marketing, new products development and support, we are willing to drive the development of Physiodermie® towards excellence in Swiss premium anti-aging skin care."
