Leipzig, July 2024 - Schwarzat Capital GmbH is pleased to announce that it has received planning permission to revitalize almost 50 rooms for student housing in Leipzig. These newly renovated rooms will soon come onto the market and offer an attractive living option for students. The first rooms should be available for rent as early as the start of the 2024/2025 winter semester.

With the increasing number of students in Leipzig and the growing demand for living space, Schwarzat Capital GmbH has initiated this project to help solve the housing shortage. The revitalized rooms are in a central and easily accessible location, close to the university as well as other important facilities in the city. The property is a former commercial building.

"Our aim is to offer students a comfortable, modern and affordable home," says Sven Schwarzat, Managing Director of Schwarzat Capital GmbH. "We are proud to be able to make a contribution to relieving the housing market in Leipzig with this project and look forward to offering students a great living environment."

The rooms are partially furnished and equipped with all the necessary communal furniture to make student life in a shared flat easier, such as fitted kitchens, wardrobes, lamps, etc. Thanks to the well thought-out design and high quality standards, the new shared flats are intended to offer students an optimal living and learning environment.

Details on letting and conditions will be announced in the coming weeks.
