With 30 years of outstanding experience in vehicle electrification, clean energy, infrastructure, and the associated policy and regulations, Joffe brings a wealth of expertise and integrity to her new role.

She also co-founded Clean Fuel Connection to serve the growing market for EV infrastructure. An active civic volunteer, Joffe also served a term as Mayor of the City of Sierra Madre, CA.
