VX GLOBAL INC. BEGINS BROKER-DEALER FILING PROCESS
LAS VEGAS, NV, JULY 15, 2024 - VX Global Inc. announced its engagement with a verified subcontractor, signaling its intent to file for broker-dealer status with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Currently, the firm is not a broker-dealer and acts only as a marketing agent. With a proven track record in presentations, due diligence, investment marketing, documentation, and filings, VX Global Inc. is well-prepared to transition into a broker-dealer, showcasing its unparalleled expertise and reliability.
VX Global Inc. is set to establish a distinctive investment banking entity. This entity will offer highly vetted premium products with rigorous due diligence standards and pre-installed exit strategies attached to each issuer's offering, setting us apart in the market.
VX Global Inc. firmly believes in the necessity of a well-organized investment banking entity in the Investment Banking markets. We are not just confident, but certain that our forward-looking internal modeling will lead to higher success rates, instilling trust and confidence in our potential for excellence.
Jonathan Pappie, the CEO of VX Global Inc., underscored the firm's unwavering commitment to its client base in making this strategic move. He stated, "This move was necessary to better serve our clients. As an investment marketing firm, we cannot interface directly with investors or execute a closing. We recognized that many of our clients lacked the internal capability to execute successfully and smoothly after generating interest. By becoming a broker-dealer, we can immediately act on interest and ensure a seamless investment process.
We are backing this process with over $300,000 invested capital in marketing and compliance-oriented software, demonstrating our commitment to our clients and our confidence in our ability to excel in this market space. Our joint venture partner, Greg McAndrews & Associates' encouragement to file for broker-dealer status is a testament to our expertise and potential in this sector."
Gregory McAndrews pointed out: "Our current lead generation using social media, traditional communications, and competitive fund analysis with robust CRM parameters have been installed in our process and will benefit our selling agents."
Mr. Pappie added, "Our compliance department will be top-notch, with over 30 years of combined BD experience on our steering committee. Our firm will fulfill the spirit and letter of Full Disclosure (FD) principles and universally recognized best practices. If and when we achieve Broker-dealer status, many functions will remain in separate corporate entities with fully enforced firewalls so team members do not violate established regulatory procedures. We will also be engaging a third-party Broker-Dealer that we are entering a strategic relationship with to ensure that as of the date of release of this newsletter (7-15-2024), a Registered Broker-Dealer will be attached to all of our efforts moving forward.
About our Partner: Since 1972, Gregory McAndrews has served as a financial public relations counselor to more than 250 public and private companies, raising more than $2.2 billion with the firm's marketing support plans. These were primarily in the "Special Situation" sector, with the sponsor having little prior experience or marketing paths. He was previously the Public Relations Manager for the computer peripherals divisions of NCR Corp. and Control Data Corporation.
Disclaimer: Neither VX Global Inc. nor VX Securities Inc. is a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Statements here are future-looking and should not be construed as a confirmed or approved entity. Any references to becoming a broker-dealer are merely stating the intent of the company's strategic vision and the relative actions therein. We may or may not achieve approved broker-dealer status. At this point, we cannot offer FINRA broker-dealer services or act as a FINRA broker-dealer.
