Phoenix Real Estate Investing - Fabulous Flipping Females, Wine & Cheese Event

On August 18th, the Phoenix real estate investing group, the Fabulous Flipping Females, hosted a wine and cheese event at 1038 E Elm Street in Phoenix. The event was well attended by twenty-eight and the ladies sipped wine and nibbled at various cheeses while the Matrix's Directors of Operations and Rehab addressed the group. The Matrix Investor Network created the Fabulous Flipping Females after noticing that their Phoenix real estate investing seminars and events had a majority of woman in attendance.

Phoenix, AZ, August 22, 2016 -- On August 18th, the Phoenix, Arizona real estate investing group, the Fabulous Flipping Females, hosted a wine and cheese event at 1038 E Elm Street in Phoenix. The event was held at a current Matrix Phoenix Fix and Flip Project and hosted by two key members of the Matrix Real Estate Investor Network, Catherine Bell & Celina Acosta. The Guest Speaker was the Matrix's Master Female Flipper - Elizabeth Giardina Hooley. The Flipping Females is only one of the Matrix's Phoenix real estate investing mentoring programs and through it, women seeking to be active in flipping houses in Phoenix, get to meet and network among other ladies like themselves.

The event was well attended by twenty-eight and the ladies sipped wine and nibbled at various cheeses while Catherine, Celina & Elizabeth took turns talking about the current Phoenix Fix and Flip Project where the gathering was being held.

The Matrix, Director of Operations, Catherine Bell said, "During the last some years, I have become aware of an increase in the number of women who are pursuing investing in Phoenix real estate and attending Arizona real estate functions. I see women using real estate investing to enhance their lifestyles and create wealth for their futures", Ms. Bell continues, "Sadly, there is an 'Investment Gap' between women and their male counterparts. This is unfortunate because women frequently live longer than men and yet earn less."

The Matrix's Director of Rehab, and Master Female Flipper, Elizabeth Giardina Hooley stated, “It’s paramount for women to connect with other women who are actively working and being successful in the Phoenix Real Estate Market. In a globe so filled with instant information, it’s so simple for somebody to call themselves an “expert” but that makes it all-the-more important for ladies to network with women who are actually Phoenix real estate investors. Women usually posses a very good intuition, so I tell them to trust that. The path forward always involves executing due diligence, networking with the right people and trusting your instinct.”

Studies conducted across the USA reveal a male real estate investment frequency that is five times greater than females, but, even with such dominance in the real estate market, males are reported to make a whole percentage point less than woman. And faced with this numbers in the market disadvantage, female real estate investors frequently have greater success, and earn higher returns, than males. It seems that real estate is one area where the girls beat out the boys!

The Matrix Investor Network created the Fabulous Flipping Females after noticing that their Phoenix real estate investing seminars and events had a majority of woman in attendance. Not always, but frequently, the group interaction was dominated by the men. Since the Matrix provides real estate investing mentoring, it was thought that it might be a good idea to create a Matrix real estate investment mentoring program especially for the girls; to focus on them and highlight their strengths.

This has proved to be a huge success with the Fabulous Flipping Females quickly becoming a key part of the Matrix's real estate investment suite of mentoring resources for members. In addition to various gatherings and events for the ladies interested in Phoenix real estate investing, there is a reality-based television show in production to highlight some of the adventures of the Flipping Females.
