The Edge of War and Love is an intense and fast-paced story that features car chases, kidnappings, and near-death experiences. The characters are complex and formidable, with their own struggles and emotions. Bin, for instance, finds himself torn between his family, love, and duty, while Anishka is hurt by the ongoing war between her two home countries. Nicoletta Glod does an excellent job of describing the effects of war on ordinary people and its destructive nature. Although the trio meets for the first time, they have natural chemistry and work together perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed the plot and intriguing characters, which made the book a pleasure to read.
