Apprentice star Katrina Campins to open Maryland office
Columbia, MD – Two Howard County real estate agents announced today that they will spearhead a local branch of The Campins Company, a premier boutique real estate firm based in South Florida.Built on the mantra that passion breeds success, The Campins Company’s savvy team of professionals has created a powerful brand that services an exclusive client list including business executives, athletes, entertainers, and other prominent individuals. The company’s strict focus on its core specialties positions it as a market leader in each segment.
The Campins Company was founded by former The Apprentice star Katrina Campins and her husband Ben Moss. Katrina’s sales productions rank her among the top ½ percent of Realtors® nationwide.
Local Realtor Deb Poquette and brother-in-law Damon Poquette will serve as principals and cater to a similar clientele. “We are excited to bring a growing, reputable agency to Maryland,” said Deb Poquette. “There is definitely a need for an agency that can cater to high profile clients, especially in an area so rich with luxury properties.”
A kick-off event for Maryland office will be held Saturday, January 19, 2008 at Turf Valley Resort & Hotel in Ellicott City, Maryland. Katrina Campins and Ben Moss will be on hand to celebrate. In addition, local personalities such as ESPN radio commentator Anita Marks, Baltimore Ravens Willis McGahee and Yamon Figurs, former Ravens player and coach Bennie Thompson and Minnesota Vikings star Bryant McKinnie will also attend.
Entertainment will be provided by DJ Irie of the Miami Heat whose client list also includes Jamie Foxx, Timbaland, MTV, Matt Damon and P. Diddy.
Also attending will be Howard County Executive Ken Ulman, Delegate Guy Guzzone, and Howard County Councilperson Calvin Ball.
