Vladimir Korneev has also been the managing director with sole power of representation of all operating secura protect GmbHs since 2021. Thanks to his commitment, the Berlin branch has quickly developed into the administrative hub of the North-East region.

Patrick Pond attaches great importance to a cooperative management culture: "_I'm not the strict boss type. With communication at eye level and a bit of humor, it's easier to deal with the seriousness of the day." Everyone in the company is treated with respect and given the necessary equipment for their day-to-day work. "We always keep our promises and only offer services that we can actually deliver," emphasizes Patrick Pond. A zero-tolerance policy with regard to compliance with laws and regulations is a matter of course.

Today, secura protect generates an annual turnover of 65 million euros, supported by around 2000 people who work nationwide "on behalf of security". The security service offers a wide range of security services in many areas, from plant/property protection to patrol services and reception services to comprehensive security solutions tailored to the needs of customers.

Despite all the hustle and bustle of day-to-day business, Patrick Pond attaches great importance to his social responsibility, both personally and as a company. secura protect is a member of Ecovadis and signed the Diversity Charter and the United Nations Global Compact in 2021.
