Manchester, NH - June 11th, 2024 - JBO Home is thrilled to announce that its founder and broker, Jen Bowles, has been honored as the 2024 Realtor of the Year by the Greater Manchester and Nashua Board of Realtors (GMNBR). The award was presented by GMNBR's president, Linda Rosenthall, at an awards ceremony held on May 16th, 2024.

Since becoming a Realtor in 2020, Jen has achieved numerous milestones. At the local level, she actively participates in leadership roles, serving on the Board of Directors and various committees within the Greater Manchester and Nashua Board of Realtors. She is a two-year Honor Society recipient and holds several Realtor designations. Her leadership and vision have significantly influenced the growth of the organization.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jen is deeply involved in her community. She initiated her first podcast, "The Real State," which highlights the entrepreneurial spirit of local business owners, celebrating the grit it takes to turn ideas into reality. The podcast is set to publish on Spotify in early fall 2024.

Jen's community pursuits are also showcased through her participation and support of various charitable events, including Mission Life, the New Hampshire Home Builders Association Holiday Charity Event, Family Promise, and GMNBR's Turkey Bowl Food Drive.
