New customizable ERP platform based on Claris FileMaker released
gFM-Business 7.5 FileMaker ERP software for Apple Mac, Windows and iOS (© )
gFM-Business Open Source is a free basic ERP solution with CRM and address management, article and warehouse management and invoicing for the creation of invoices and credit notes. The software is available under an open license and is fully customizable with Claris FileMaker Pro. This version enables companies and FileMaker developers to develop a customized ERP solution that meets their specific requirements.
For companies requiring an extended version, gFM-Business Open Source Plus is available for a one-off purchase price of €499 net. This version offers additional functions and can generate quotations, orders, delivery bills and reminders in addition to invoices and credit notes.
The previously offered versions gFM-Business Free and Light have been discontinued as the underlying runtime technology is no longer supported by FileMaker since version 19.
gFM-Business Basic is the medium platform and also contains a module for document management, project management, time recording for billing services, cash book with DATEV export, online store interface and many other functions. The new version comes with a wide range of new functions, including
* Management of contacts in CRM
* Action history and resubmissions in CRM
* Event log
* Project management
* Any number of cash registers with daily closing
* Management of print layouts
* New developer module with complete internal documentation of the ERP software
gFM-Business Professional is the largest platform and can manage multiple clients, storage locations, languages and online stores. The software supports product variants, parts lists and batches in article management and contains many other modules such as extended project management, task and personnel management, integration of ChatGPT and many other functions. gFM-Business Professional includes a new module for invoice receipts in the billing system in the updated version 7.5, which enables even more comprehensive financial management.
All systems of the gFM-Business 7.5 platform can be customized and extended with Claris FileMaker Pro to meet specific business requirements. gFM-Business Basic and Professional are available in Standard (print layouts customizable), Custom (print layouts, masks, tables and fields customizable) and Open License (fully customizable).
