Schneider Electric launches EcoStruxure Trademark Plant Lean Management boosting productivity and digitalization in manufacturing

Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, today launched EcoStruxure Plant Lean Management, a digital solution that collects and aggregates data across industrial operations to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for short interval management (SIM) meetings, where shop floor teams review production cycles and identify issues and actions that need to be implemented.

In today's digital era, data is widely regarded as one of the most important industrial resources.
