Fish & Richardson Promotes Millicent Lundburg to Principal

AUSTIN – The national law firm of Fish & Richardson P.C. is pleased to announce that Millicent M. Lundburg has been named a principal in the corporate group of the firm’s Austin office.

Ms. Lundburg joined Fish & Richardson in 2006, and focuses her practice on representing employers in all aspects of equity compensation, benefits and employment law and has significant experience in employee mobility and related intellectual property protection matters.

“In her time here, Millicent has proven to be an outstanding lawyer and a great asset to our firm,” says Alan Albright, managing principal of the firm’s Austin office. “I am extremely pleased to have her as a principal in our corporate group, and I know her experience and expertise will continue to help us do great work for clients.”

Ms. Lundburg works with clients to develop strategies, policies, practices and plans to not only protect their intellectual property and minimize the risk of employee lawsuits, but also to attract and retain top talent through equity and other incentive compensation programs and positive work environments. When necessary, she also litigates on a broad range of employment-related issues and matters involving employee intellectual property and trade secrets.
