SAN FRANCISCO - May 29, 2024 - NTX Registered Group today announced the launch of AI-powered denim manufacturing process by Cooltrans Registered , a proven textile colorization solution that reduces the environmental impact of denim manufacturing. Historically, manufacturing jeans has been extremely wasteful, in conservation terms. Garments are washed and then rewashed to achieve various levels of colors, a vintage look, or a certain feel to the fabric. Cooltrans Registered designated core technology eliminates these repeated washing cycles. The result is sustainable denim that enables garment makers to realize Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies and lessen their environmental impact.

Cooltrans Registered was awarded two significant Top 10 Street Sports development awards from the ISPO Textrends jury. They lauded features such as quality of graphics, base layers, and lightweight polyamide ripstop fabric, as well as the energy and water savings that did not alter the creative product.
