Press release from: Costa de Valencia

If you think that being at a language school only means to learn vocabulary and grammar you are way wrong. Rather it can be considered as an adventure like no other.

Valencia. In the past couple of weeks language students of a Spanish language school in Valencia were able to experience a lot: from a common visit at the water park Aquopolis through the celebration of Midsummer Night to the bull run of Picassent the students got to know a lot about the Spanish culture. And still there are more highlights to come which should not me missed! Ultimately there is more to a language school than just learning the language; it is also about experiencing the Spanish lifestyle.
Marvelous hikes are e.g. a good way to burn off some stream and learn something new after the language course for the nature and sport enthusiasts under the students: in February we will go to the Cova Tallada, a bay close to the coastal city Denia, or to the Cala Llebeig, another bay which is located about one and a half hours from Valencia. Another fabulous destination is the Gorgo de la escalera, a gorge, where you can swim in its river in midst of a fantastic ambience. Hence the language students experience together adventures and grow closer, this all while indecently increasing their Spanish.
Even the most curious students can discover a lot: do not miss the famous Tomatina in Valencia at the end of August. Here you can experience the well-known battle of the tomatoes in a new and international manner. This event is definitely worth a visit, because here people from all around the world come together to celebrate this tradition. Said celebration is based on throwing overripe tomatoes at other people for an hour, accompanied by a lot of fun. We will continue to have a lot of fun at the beginning of September: than the Carnaval de Rafelbuñol will take place, a Fiesta which lasts the whole night. We will dance to great music and dress up, as it is typical for carnival.
The language students of Valencia who prefer a quieter surrounding can join one of the celebrations of the Moors and Christians: in August there are parades in Onteniente and in Calpe to be visited. Or join parades in Almàssera or Almanara, here the opportunity is given to participate actively and walk in costumes with the locals. This will be a once in a lifetime experience where you can live the traditional culture of Spain with locals.
And who will experience something truly breathtaking with the Spanish language school can go to the coast of Spain and climb the Penyal d’Ifac in December. This big rock was declared as a nature reserve, from where you get to witness an astonishing view over the sea and the surrounding landscape. This will be a fantastic climax to finish off the year, which no language student ever has regretted.
You see a visit at the Spanish language school Costa de Valencia is worth all year round. Here you will find activities for everybody, so that the stay at the language school will never be forgotten. To start this unique adventure you just have to come to the language school in Valencia. If you would like to learn Spanish and simultaneously experience something new, this is the right place for you to be!

Since 1995 the language school Costa de Valencia has focused on teaching Spanish to non-native speakers. This language school, which is situated in the heart of Valencia, is a Centro Acreditado of the Instituto Cervantes and a member of many associations.
The teaching material, which is used during the lessons, is worked out by a team of well-versed teachers. One of the most important aspects of teaching in this school is the individual involvement of every single student. This way every student has the possibility to speak very much during the language course. Furthermore, both managers place big value the quality of the language lessons and a broadly diversified leisure programme.
