With breweries and distilleries in mind during conception, its performance and versatility make it an enviable addition to many other projects and sectors. Combining three advanced filtration stages into one compact unit, the X-Series offers unparalleled performance and versatility.
Three-Stage Filtration for Optimal Water Quality
Stage One: Multi-Media Vessel
The first stage utilizes a multi-media vessel that filters particles down to 5 microns, ensuring the removal of fine particulates and sediment.
Stage Two: Advanced Media Options
The second stage offers a choice between Greensand Plus™ or DMI-65® media. When paired with the Everfilt® CI-Series injection skid, this stage effectively treats iron, manganese, and arsenic concentrations up to 25 ppm, providing superior protection against these common contaminants.
Stage Three: Granular Activated Carbon (GAC)
The final stage features 60 inches of Granular Activated Carbon, which removes chlorine residuals, improving taste and odor and safeguarding downstream processes.

The Everfilt X-Series is ideal for installations where space is limited and high performance is crucial. Key features include:
Independent Backwash System: This innovative feature prevents cross-contamination and maintains the integrity of the filtration media, ensuring consistent performance and longevity.
Isolation Valves: Each tank is equipped with isolation valves, allowing for maintenance without disrupting the entire system's operation.
Customizable Configurations: The X-Series can be tailored to meet specific requirements and aesthetic preferences, providing flexibility for various applications.
Built to Last
Constructed with durability in mind, each X-Series tank incorporates 304SS removable wedge wire underdrains, no PVC or false bottom designs, as is the norm with Everfilt's filtration systems. The tank exterior boasts an industrial-grade fuze coat gloss finish, while the interior features an NSF61-Approved coating, delivering exceptional protection and ensuring years of reliable service.
