direct/ Hugin Group: Appointment of Åge Muren as the new CFO of the Hugin Group

Oslo/Paris/Leipzig - 4th January 2008 - Hugin today announces two important appointments. Åge Muren has been appointed as the new CFO and Director of Operations. He will be responsible for Administration and Finance, as well as for Human Resources and Legal Affairs at group level. Åge Muren will take over this role from Ivar Sagemo, who has accepted the position as Director of Technology & Business Development.

Åge Muren holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Norwegian School of Management, majoring in Finance. In addition he has Bachelor of Law and Master of Law from University of Oslo and a Master of Science in Accounting and Auditing from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. He is also a State Authorised Public Accountant.

In his new position, Ivar Sagemo will be responsible for IT -and Business Development. Ivar Sagemo has been a member of the Hugin Management Team for nearly 3 years and holds a BSc from University of Colorado at Boulder. He has previous M&A experience from PricewaterhouseCoopers and has held various management positions in Consorte Group - a Norwegian telecommunications company.
