New Management at Engel & Völkers Southwest in Majorca
Head Office in Puerto de Andratx
Daniel Chavarria Waschke, has been with Engel & Völkers for 5 years and is one of the most successful office directors of E&V worldwide. He will dedicate himself mainly to the sector of residential properties while Andreas Heider has set himself the target to extend the sector of commercial properties as well as project development and project management.
Andreas Heider remains Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers Southwest on Majorca and Sardinia, where last summer the first Engel & Völkers shop was opened in Porto Cervo.
At the same time, long-time colleagues Ratko Kucan and Sassan Keshawarzian take over the responsibility for the offices in Puerto de Andratx; Ratko Kucan presides over Andratx I and Sassan Keshawarzian over the Andratx II – office.
It is interesting to mention that E&V Majorca has 3 of its 26 offices from Majorca among the top 10 E & V most successful businesses worldwide.
