Previously serving as President, Neighbor will now assume the additional role of CEO, continuing to drive the company's strategic growth.

Neighbor's tenure at SummerHill Homes spans more than 16 years, during which he has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership, strategic vision, and an unwavering dedication to the company's success. Prior to his appointment as President in December 2016, Neighbor excelled as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Acquisitions and Construction at SummerHill Homes.
