Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage Named to 2016 Real Trends 500 List

Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage, LLC has been named to the 2016 Real Trends 500, the leading report for ranking the performance of the top residential real estate firms in the United States.

Now in its 29th year, the Real Trends list has an excellent reputation for accuracy because all sales data for firms on the list are independently verified. Atlanta Communities has appeared on the list in the past, but this is the first year the independent real estate brokerage cracked the top 100. The firm placed No. 81 for transactions when it had 6,208 transactions in 2015. This nearly 24 percent increase in closings, year-over-year, moved Atlanta Communities up 20 spots on the list.

In addition, Atlanta Communities moved up 25 spots on the top 500 list, sorted by sales volume. The company crossed the $1 billion sales mark for the first time in 2014 and has not looked back, posting $1.36 billion in sales last year.
