Ben Wery, Bureau Team Leader for Interserve Consultancy said: "It's definitely a lot faster and we’ve seen big improvements; before switching to the Cloud it would take minutes to enter manual bills, whereas now, a manual bill can be entered in less than a minute. We also benefit from faster reports, which we use to identify potential energy savings."
Introducing TEAM's Sigma Energy Viewer
Available to TEAM Sigma Cloud customers, Sigma Energy Viewer is an easy-to-use browser based software system which provides a quick overview of site and energy billing data.
At the moment over 300 utility invoices per month are manually entered into TEAM Sigma by Interserve Consultancy’s Bureau team because invoices are sent directly to individual sites - it's a time consuming process, Ben said: "The biggest benefit of TEAM Sigma Cloud is the Sigma Energy Viewer. In a matter of days we managed to set up over 30 users and hope to continue this growth."
Ben is planning to introduce the Sigma Energy Viewer to more than 400 Interserve sites including offices, hospitals, hair salons and construction sites.

Plans for the future
Moving forward Ben plans to promote TEAM Sigma across all of Interserve’s departments.
He has already held a number of TEAM Sigma workshops to a selection of Sustainability Managers, Division Managers and Energy Analysts.
He said: "My aim is to get everyone within Interserve to use TEAM Sigma. It makes perfect business sense because it helps support our energy and sustainability objectives."
He added: "We also want to move over to TRADACOMS Standard EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) billing and we will only deal with suppliers who can provide it."
The UK are amongst the leaders in the world for mature EDI utility billing practices and the standard is called TRADACOMS 26 version 3, which is the only UK utility industry billing standard.
TEAM’s e-billing Software is designed to accommodate the commonly used UK TRADACOMS 26 v 3 standard.

Important Changes to the Renewable Heat Incentive Tariff
