On request, the machine can be configured for use with new moulds and other equipment, such as ingredient dosing units.
It can be used in a variety of sectors, from large retail stores to food companies. The machine is suitable for customers who want to start producing ice creams on sticks and/or ice lollies on a large scale.
Now available with the following configuration:
Basic machine
Rotating support frame in stainless steel
Four sets of moulds: three rounded shapes and one classic flat shape with rectangular head
→ Details of available moulds will be sent on request
Detail Tank Hot Brine
Fully reconditioned mechanical extraction
6 pieces of reconditioned equipment:
2 volumetric dosing units
1 suction unit
cleaning system
flat stick inserter
chocolate dipping tank
Rebuilt mechanical extraction parts
Stainless steel brine pump for external recirculation with heat exchanger
Stainless steel hot brine pump for internal recirculation
Electrical system rebuilt with PLC and touch screen panel
Festo pneumatic system and new cylinder
Pneumatic mould drive system
Electric defrosting system
In addition to the reconditioned machine, we plan to make new optional components, which can be purchased separately:
New GRW 10 wrapping machine.
New 150 Hp compressor unit: this is used to cool the liquid in contact with the mould when forming ice lollies.
Installation and Assistance
The refurbished rotary machine for ice creams on sticks will be installed by specialised personnel from LAIeF and completed within three weeks.
Machine servicing is also carried out by specialised technicians from LAIeF, either remotely or on site when needed. Around 90% of service requests are always dealt with and solved remotely.
