The Rare Tour at Lutyens Grill London
For the first time Upper Cut Concepts the sister company of the highlyacclaimed list of the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants presents The Rare
Tour.
The Rare Tour is a series of events with global reach, featuring some of the
world's top chefs from the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants ranking in
leading hotels and restaurants in the form of so called 4-hand dinners.
Among the guest chefs are highly decorated names such as José Gordón
from Bodega El Capricho in Spain, Guido Tassi from Parrilla Don Julio in
Argentina, Timon Michiels from Restaurant Carcasse in Belgium, Lorenzo
Aniello from I due Cippi in Italy, Phil Campbell from Klaw in Miami or also
Martin Kjäll from Restaurang AG in Stockholm.
The events take place in exciting destinations such as London, Milan,
Zurich, Munich, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Singapore and Tokyo at
renowned and internationally awarded restaurants such as La Cabrera,
Beefbar or the New York Grill at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Tokyo.
"We are proud to have created this event format in the form of The Rare
Tour to offer the participating restaurants and guest chefs a new and
innovative platform on which they can present themselves in the best
possible way", says Ekkehard Knobelspies, the initiator of the event series.
Guests who sign up for the offered dinner events will have the opportunity
to dine on unique menus created especially for the occasion, which are a
one-off in this combination and only offered as part of The Rare Tour.
Each menu will feature 6 coordinated courses (3 from the host restaurant
and 3 courses from the guest chef's crew) together with carefully selected
corresponding wines chosen by the respective sommeliers.
"It's about experiencing different textures, flavour combinations, cooking
techniques and food cultures offered by the two restaurants as part of
their menus, because meat is prepared differently in different countries
and that's what makes a 4-hands dinner so exciting", Knobelspies
continues.

restaurant Lutyens Grill at The Ned in London, has been selected to hold an
exclusive "one-off" 4-hands dinner in London from 19 - 22 February 2024,

ranked No. 5 in the list of the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants Bodega El
Capricho with owner and head chef José Gordón and his famous Ox
steaks from the Iberian peninsula.
