Mark Werbner Recognized Among Texas’ Top Commercial Litigation Attorneys
DALLAS – Mark Werbner, co-founder of the Dallas trial law firm Sayles Werbner, has earned his second selection among Texas Lawyer newspaper’s listing of the state’s top attorneys.Mr. Werbner is recognized as one of the state’s top five commercial litigation attorneys in Texas Lawyer’s “Go-To Guide,” published in October 2007. Mr. Werbner also was featured in the inaugural 2002 “Go-To Guide” as one of the top five plaintiffs' civil litigation attorneys.

In the "Go-To Guide," Texas Lawyer recognizes the top five attorneys in 29 different practice areas. To compile the guide, editors interviewed hundreds of attorneys across Texas, asking them who they would go to based on firsthand knowledge if they needed representation in particular practice areas.
In his profile in the “Go-To Guide,” Mr. Werbner is identified as “a lawyer that trial lawyers respect.” One attorney interview by Texas Lawyer said that “Mark has an appeal to jurors and understands what direction to take a trial in order to focus the audience on the real issues.”
Mr. Werbner is widely recognized as one of the nation's top trial lawyers. Earlier this year, he was honored as one of the top business defense attorneys in North Texas by the Dallas Business Journal.
