The awards are given each year to 10 of the top minority-owned businesses in Houston that are embracing diversity, setting trends and developing innovative business concepts. This year marked the 10th anniversary for the HMBC E-10 awards.
Monty Partners, the largest Hispanic-owned law firm in the Southwest, specializes in handling labor and employment law for companies with large Hispanic workforces. The firm was honored with the E-10 award for its efforts in helping companies manage their employees in the ever-changing immigration landscape.
“Minority-owned businesses experience unique struggles, which we have been fortunate to overcome and succeed,” says Jacob M.
