It is a cloud-based platform with a user-friendly interface that helps in complex product configurations and calculating the appropriate pricing. The power of automation allows businesses to create quotes, eliminating the need for manual work and the risk of errors.
The exponential Guided Selling feature provides sales representatives real-time suggestions and product recommendations during customer interactions. The session also focused on revenue optimization through usage-based subscription pricing, showcasing the versatility of Salesforce CPQ.
The webinar featured a live demonstration illustrating the seamless integration of Salesforce CPQ with other clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Mulesoft, and others within the Salesforce ecosystem. The discussion included the points to remember while choosing an implementation partner. The session concluded with an engaging live Q&A session, emphasizing Salesforce CPQ as an essential tool for closing deals faster and driving revenue growth.
During the webinar, Shrey quoted, "Businesses need a solution like Salesforce CPQ in order to configure the right product, even if the salesperson does not have the capacity, ability or the right knowledge to configure it". Additionally, he mentioned, "Salesforce CPQ is an amazing solution that can reduce the time of sending quotations, reduce the errors made by sales representatives, reduce the requirement and dependency of expert salespeople, to make sure the right products are being sold, bundled or configured and does all the things like magic.
Highlighting the Guided Selling feature, Vishwajeet said, "It reduces the onboarding time of your sales representatives, as they do not need a lot of knowledge of your business, the products or services you offer, etc. You just ask the right questions, and the customer gets the right recommendations based on that.
Salesforce CPQ is not limited to a particular industry but caters to a diverse range of industry types, including IT and Services, Healthcare, Retail, Banking and finance and so on. Some industry leaders like Apple, IBM, DELL, FORD, ExxonMobile and CVS Health are ruling the market with Salesforce CPQ.
