Accu Holding AG: Ordinary Capital increase delayed due to proceedings initiated against Chairman of the Board

- Investigation against Chairman of the Board of Accu

- Execution of ordinary capital increase, with a scheduled first trading day of the new shares at SIX Swiss Exchange on 14 March 2016, postponed by at least two weeks.

Emmenbrücke, April 11th 2016. Accu Holding AG (Accu) has been informed today that penal proceedings have been opened against the Chairman of the Board of Accu by the public prosecutor office of the Canton of Zurich on the basis of possible offences against property. The proceedings do not concern Accu directly, but Accu is indirectly affected. The affected person is presumed innocent.

Execution of the current ordinary capital increase, with a scheduled first trading day of the new shares on 14 March 2016, will be postponed for at least 2 weeks.
