New Vacation Rental Technology Company to Launch in Orlando, Florida

Vacation rental property owners and Airbnb hosts will soon be able to effortlessly list their home on Kouch. Launching in March, Kouch is a hospitality and technology company focused on short-term rentals. Kouch aims to provide a full complement of services including listings on multiple platforms, housekeeping and cleaning, repairs and technology based data that maximizes rental rates for owners and hosts.

The company was co-founded by a group of hospitality and travel enthusiasts who created Kouch as a way to reduce the amount of time homeowners spend on listing and upkeep of their property while also increasing their earning potentials.

With Kouch, homeowners will now have the ability to offer their guests the unique experience of staying in a real home while still enjoying standardized set of amenities, and services they can count on in traditional resorts and hotels. Homeowners pay a fee of 20% of their total rental income, roughly half the price of most competitors in the industry.

Kouch will be available in Florida during the initial launch while aggressively working to expand services to additional US cities and strategic international locations within the next year. The company is currently on target to expand to 9 markets by the end of 2016.
